What information should I include in my message?

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include the following details when contacting us about your audit. Share your domain name and audit ID (found in your report URL or confirmation email). Describe the issue or question as specifically as possible. If you have a technical question, mention your CMS or platform (WordPress, Shopify, custom, etc.) so we can tailor our advice accordingly. For billing questions, include the email address you used during checkout.

How long does it take to receive a response?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day. Support requests related to active audits are prioritized. If your audit encountered a technical error during processing, our system automatically retries the scan. If the issue persists, our team will investigate manually and either resolve the problem or issue a full refund. Complex technical questions about GEO implementation may take slightly longer as we consult our specialists to provide the most accurate guidance.

Can I request a custom audit or enterprise plan?

Yes. If you need to audit more than 5 competitors, require a custom set of LLM queries tailored to your industry, or want to integrate GrowthScope reporting into your existing workflows, we're happy to discuss a tailored solution. Enterprise plans include dedicated support, custom reporting schedules, and API access.
