Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• GrowthScope: the online GEO audit service, operated by HKC Consult, Chamber of Commerce 72905107
• Customer: the natural person or legal entity that orders an audit
• Audit: the automated analysis of a website for AI visibility
• Report: the result of an audit, available as HTML and PDF

2. Services

GrowthScope offers automated GEO audits (Generative Engine Optimization) in three packages:

• Quick Scan (Tier 1): One-time homepage analysis — €49
• Deep Scan (Tier 2): Multi-page analysis + 4 AI platforms — €149
• Competitor Scan (Tier 3): Full analysis + competitor comparison — €249

Prices include 21% VAT. Introductory pricing is valid until September 30, 2026.

3. Orders and payment

• Orders are placed via the online order form at growthscope.io
• Payment is processed via Mollie (iDEAL, credit card, or other available methods)
• The audit is started upon receipt of payment
• All prices are in euros (€ / EUR) and include VAT

4. Delivery

• After payment, the audit is started automatically
• Delivery time: within 24 hours after payment
• The report is sent by email and accessible via a secure link
• Report links without an account are valid for 90 days. With a (free) account, reports are accessible indefinitely

5. Right of withdrawal

Because the audit is started immediately after payment and the report is a custom-made digital product, the right of withdrawal lapses after delivery of the report (Article 6:230p Dutch Civil Code).

By placing an order, you agree to the immediate start of the service and the lapse of the right of withdrawal after delivery.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

If your report is unusable due to a technical error, we will fix the issue or refund the amount. Contact us at support@growthscope.io.

7. Intellectual property

• The report is intended solely for the customer's internal use
• The customer may share the report with their own employees, developers, and advisors
• Redistribution or resale of reports is not permitted without prior written consent from HKC Consult
• The GrowthScope methodology, scoring, and software remain the property of HKC Consult

8. Liability

• GrowthScope provides a diagnosis, not a guarantee of results after implementation
• We are not liable for changes in AI platform algorithms
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant audit
• GrowthScope is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits

9. Currency

All transactions are processed in euros (€ / EUR).

10. Subscriptions (quarterly plan)

• Optional: quarterly subscription for repeated audits
• Payment via automatic direct debit (Mollie SEPA)
• Cancellable per quarter — no minimum commitment
• Cancellation via dashboard or by email

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where HKC Consult is established.
